4400 BTC transferred to Binance<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A few days ago, 4,400 BTC was transferred from a miner to the world’s largest exchange,\u00a0Binance<\/a>. This transaction is carried out by a well-known BTC mining organization, Poolin. This is the fourth largest transaction from miner to exchange in the past two months. Previous similar transactions were on May 12 (2,600 BTC), June 16 (4,700 BTC), and June 22 (5,700 BTC).<\/p>\n

5000 BTC transferred by Bitcoin whales to Kralen<\/strong><\/h2>\n

According to data from OKLink, on September 3, a Bitcoin whale address created in 2013 sent 5,000 BTC (about $100 million) to Kraken. The latest transaction made by this address was in May 2021.<\/p>\n

A large number of whale wallets began to come out of hibernation and became active over the past few weeks. Addresses created nearly a decade ago have begun mass funds transactions.<\/p>\n

This could be a sign of increasing selling pressure while long-term holders move into liquidation.<\/p>\n

However, major traders are more likely to sell through OTC, so they are unlikely to push the price of Bitcoin much lower even if they choose to sell in bulk at the same time. It is also likely that whales are simply transferring funds to different wallets.<\/p>\n\n\n
