The latest episodes of this is about <a href=\"https:\/\/wikibinance.com\/en\/basic-binance\/what-is-binance-everything-you-need-to-know-about-binance.html\">Binance<\/a> and its CEO: <a href=\"https:\/\/wikibinance.com\/en\/basic-binance\/what-is-cz-binance.html\">CZ Binance<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In a major Twitter thread, developer <strong>Cryptofelon<\/strong> claims that <strong>CZ<\/strong> is harassing him with hostile takeovers. According to him, Binance&#8217;s founder and CEO, CZ, is &#8220;trying to steal his domain.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The problem actually dates back to November 2021 and has recently resurfaced after his domain was suspended.<\/p>\n<h2>Legal connection of Cryptofelon about CZ Binance<\/h2>\n<p>In fact, the developers went a step further and argued that <strong>CZ Binance<\/strong> threatened the decentralization of the crypto market. He claimed that Binance was threatening \/ requesting that his domain be handed over for free.<\/p>\n<p>He claimed that the problem began in November 2021 when Binance executive Min Lin contacted him. Minlin proposed to buy his domain, but it was postponed by his request for 420 ETH. However, a few days later, Binance issued a &#8220;cease and desist letter&#8221; to him, including a alleged trademark infringement.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Binance sent me a Cease and Desist letter, making several dubious claims<\/p>\n<p>First being that I was infringing on their trademark in several classes. The proceeding was filed in a Canadian court, but he cannot appear due to a criminal record in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>He continued that the CZ was &#8220;playing dirty,&#8221; adding that this was the case, even though the CZ publicly claimed &#8220;decentralization.&#8221; In fact, after July 5th, he was unable to access or renew his domain and transfer it to his domain.
