Binance<\/strong><\/a> has announced on its official website that multi-award-winning creative artist <\/span>The Weeknd is teaming up with Binance<\/em> for his “After Hours Til Dawn” world tour.<\/span> \"Binance The visionary artist is teaming up with Binance to liven up the world’s first crypto-backed concert tour! The tour, which begins on July 8, 2022, will give fans an exclusive Web3 experience with tour-based NFT collections along with co-branded travel products, created in collaboration between Binance and HXOUSE.<\/span> The Weeknd said, “Binance is all about community, about people, about inclusion. I was impressed by the focus on the user and their creative advantage.” <\/span><\/i> Earlier this year, the record-breaking artist, a Global Goodwill Ambassador of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), launched the XO Humanitarian Fund to support the WFP’s global hunger relief mission. To celebrate the launch of the tour, Binance is donating $2 million to a fund managed by the U.S. World Food Program.<\/span> The Weeknd and Binance<\/strong> are creating a specially designed NFT collection, with 5% of total sales donated to the XO Humanitarian Fund.\u00a0<\/span>The Weeknd commented, “It makes sense to work together and I can’t wait for fans to experience cryptocurrencies in a creative boulevard while advocating for a legitimate purpose. There are a lot of possibilities with cryptocurrencies and I think this is just the beginning.”<\/span><\/i> Along with the exclusive NFT collection, attendees’ virtual ticket stalks can also have access to commemorative NFTs, which will provide a unique experience for fans.<\/span> Binance’s founder said, “Crypto is community-centric, and we believe this partnership embodies that, including empowering local artists and supporting through a mainstream platform.”<\/span><\/i> Binance.US is the official sponsor of The Weeknd’s U.S. tour.<\/span><\/p>\n
