Now, users from VIP 4 and above can enjoy Spot transaction fee for VIP 9: Maker/Taker fee: 0.0200%/ 0.0400% Maker/Taker fee paid by BNB (25% discount): 0.0150%/ 0.0300%
- BNB balance calculation mechanism
The average daily BNB balance calculation mechanism will also be updated from June 16, 2022 (UTC). Now. BNB placed in Locked Staking and DeFi Staking will be taken into account when calculating your average daily BNB. This upgrade gives eligible Binance users access to the Binance VIP Program even further.

Eligibility to participate in Binance VIP program
To be eligible for the Binance VIP program, you must meet the following:
- BNB balance: 25 BNB or more
- Binance Spot trading volume in the last 30 days must reach at least 1,000,000 BUSD or Binance Futures trading volume in 30 days must reach at least 15,000,000 BUSD.
Who is entitled to the upgrade of binance VIP program?
The upgrade only applies to current users at VIP levels 4 and above. In addition, if you are upgraded to VIP 4 or higher based on your Spot trading volume or Futures Contract over the past 30 days, you will automatically be eligible to upgrade the program the next day when upgrading the VIP level.
Note: If you are upgraded to VIP 4 with a VIP upgrade voucher but do not meet the required trading criteria, you will not be eligible for the upgrade.
