After a long wait, Cristiano Ronaldo and Binance also set a time to launch the NFT collection on November 18.
On November 15, soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo announced partnership with the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchange Binance to release a CR7-branded NFT collection.

The launch was supported by a global marketing campaign featuring Ronaldo, aimed at introducing his fans to Web3 through the NFT world.
“We believe that the metaverse and blockchain are the future of the internet,” said He Yi, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Binance. “We are honored to be collaborating with Cristiano to help more people understand blockchain and showcase how we are building the Web3 infrastructure for the sports and entertainment industries.”
Ronaldo shared with the media:
“For me, it was important that we created something memorable and unique for the fans because they were such a big part of my success. With Binance, I was able to create something that not only captures the passion of the game, but also rewards the fans for their support throughout the years.”
The first Cristiano Ronaldo NFT collection will launch on November 18 (09:00 UTC), or 4 p.m. Vietnam time, and features seven animated figurines with four rarity levels: Super Rare (SSR), Super Rare (SR), Rare (R) and Normal (N). Each NFT statue depicts Ronaldo from an iconic moment in his life, from his upside down bike kick to his childhood in Portugal.
The highest value 45 CR7 NFT (5 SSR and 40 SR) will be auctioned on the Binance NFT market. The auction will remain open for 24 hours, with the NFT awarded to the highest bidder. Bidding prices will start from 10,000 BUSD for SSR and 1,700 BUSD for SR.
6,600 NFT (600 R and 6,000 N) will be made available through Binance’s Launchpad mechanism with prices from 77 BUSD.
Each rarity level comes with its own set of perks, including:
- Personal message from Cristiano Ronaldo
- Merchandise signed by Ronaldo & Binance, including autographed soccer jerseys
- Access to all future CR7 NFT sales
- Free CR7 Mystery Box (from future NFT collection)
- Join the giveaway with signed artifacts and prizes
Additionally, new users who register with Binance.com (and complete identity verification) will receive a Cristiano Ronaldo Mystery Box. These boxes may include limited edition Ronaldo NFTs.
